What is a day in the life family documentary session?
It is a really simple down to earth session of just me documenting your family in it’s natural state, usually at home. All the chaos and mess is part of the fun of family documentary shoots. For me the importance of this style of family photos is to bring back all the incidental photos that we used to have in our family albums, the unposed photos that remind us of the real inner world of our family life. The other important factor is including parents in photos, so often someone is missing. Mother’s especially are missing from photos with their children as they are often the ones documenting the everyday.
2 hour session
This can be a session with a new baby and other kiddies, older kids, adult kids, you and your grandkids or just a short session at home with a garden family portrait included, the choice is yours.

The session can be at a park or at your home, it’s up to you.
4 hour session
Morning routines are a great time to document, especially with little ones.

Garden Portrait Session
A single area of your garden, this portrait session usually takes around 30-45 min. Edited high resolution digital files to download. $150
I am located in the Blue Mountains but I am happy to travel, If I’m travelling past Penrith I charge a small travel fee.
